Treasure Hunt
With school ending, the volunteers decided to organize something fun and interactive to do with the kids. According to each place, we created a path full of quizzes and fun tasks - known as a treasure hunt. We used envelopes with clues and the kids had to complete the assigning mission in each paper before receiving the following clue.
These were the steps in Banya:
1st envelope - Placed in the hands of the volunteers, the first clue included a drawing of a pizza and a handwritten note for the kids , saying "We want pizza/Order for us". It also had a little side note advising them to order it in English language.
2nd envelope - Previously, the volunteers asked the lady of the cafeteria to save the next clue. When ready to deliver, this clue included a drawing of a Match class door and a riddle - "You can find me inside the school/You just need to open the door/Remember your numbers".
3rd envelope - Placed in the main door of the school, this clue contained six math exercises the kids had to complete before receiving the next clue.
4th envelope - Placed in the hands of the volunteers, this clue had a riddle - "This is your favorite game/But it's sunny outside/So you have to wear a hat!". The kids needed to guess the correct answer before receiving the next envelope (and the right answer was football field, of course).
5th envelope - Placed at the gate of the football field, this clue included two drawings instructing the kids to kick the ball onto the goal's bar (where the volunteers hanged the following clue).
6th envelope - Placed on the top of the goal, this clue included a map of the nearest basketball field.
7th envelope - In order to get this envelope, the kids had to make five hoops on the basket net. The clue included a map leading to the back stairs of the school.
8th envelope - This clue was divided in five. In each step of the stairs, the volunteers placed two pieces of a puzzle. When they were able to piece it together, it showed them the cafeteria where they had to order the pizza.
One last time, the group had to order something. This time, they weren't ordering it for the volunteers but instead they were ordering their prize.
CHOCOLATES FOR EVERYONE!
