Treasure Hunt

With school ending, the volunteers decided to organize something fun and interactive to do with the kids. According to each place, we created a path full of quizzes and fun tasks - known as a treasure hunt. We used envelopes with clues and the kids had to complete the assigning mission in each paper before receiving the following clue.

These were the steps in Gorno Draglishte:

1st envelope - Placed in the hands of the volunteers, this clue included a puzzle of the school.

2nd envelope - Placed in the main door of the school, this clue included a drawing of the bus stop and a handwritten note saying "You wait for the bus here".

3rd envelope - Placed in the bench of the bus stop, this clue included a map leading to the coffee shop.

4th envelope - For this step, we previously asked the owner of the coffee shop to keep the envelope hidden and to only give it to the kids when they ask, with good manners! The clue included a note with the word "BLUE" and a riddle - "There are two in the city/You waited in one of them already".

5th envelope - Placed in the second bus stop, this clue included an image of a green gate and another riddle - "You use me to drink water/The volunteers also wash the brushes in here" - which would lead them to a small garden placed a few steps backward from their location.

(Note: the gate is the passage to the garden).

6th envelope - Placed in a bush of the small garden, this clue included a drawing of a soccer ball being thrown at the goal and a riddle - "Come and play for five minutes/I am green and I have two goals".

7th envelope - In order to get this envelope, the kids had to play football for a brief period of time. The clue included a drawing of the nearest gazebo.

8th envelope - Placed in the benches of the gazebo, this clue included a puzzle of the Cultural Center.

9th envelope - This step was divided in four parts.

A note saying "Go inside" was placed in the main gate.

Then, another note saying "Wear me!" was placed near a piece of clothing - belonging to a traditional Bulgarian costume.

After the kids decided who was going to dress up, they received another note telling them to "Go outside!".

In the outside space, the volunteers left the last part of the Bulgarian Costume and a note near it saying "Wear me!".

In order to receive the last clue, they had to draw the kid dressed with the costume.

10th envelope - Placed in the hands of the volunteers, this clue included a note saying "English Classes".

11th envelope - Placed in the classroom of the upstairs floor - and hanging on the screen television - this clue included a note telling them to "Show us a traditional song a try do dance!".

As the final task, the kids DID show us a traditional song and dancing, so we gave them their prize.

CHOCOLATES FOR EVERYBODY!
